Michaela Rawsthorne ~ Childcare Services came about whilst I was planning my policies for Childminding. I realised that although there are nurseries and playgroups, nannies and childminders, what happens in an emergency or when childcare is needed outside of regular hours?

Some people have family close by and others have babysitters that they use, but for those that don't, or when a usual carer is absent, childcare is sometimes a nightmare.

So, I decided that there was a need for 24 hour Emergency Childcare, out of hours Childcare, Short notice Childcare..... Michaela Rawsthorne ~ Childcare Services is all that rolled into one.

We do not decide when disaster strikes... you may go into labour early and have no one to cover the little ones, or a family member may be taken ill...and its difficult to take the kids.

You may want to get your hair done or need to do the weekly shop, but the thought of taking the kids into town on a Friday sends you into mad panic!

Your regular childcare has phoned in sick, or the Nursery wont allow your little one to go into nursery because of a cold.

You may fall ill and feel you just can't cope on your own at the moment

So, my aim is to provide Childcare Services to you in your hour of need, regardless of whether it is planned weeks in advance or 10 minutes before, whether its for 1 hour or overnight, for a special occassion, for just 1 day, or a whole week, and at any hour, I will ensure that your children are in a safe and happy environment and ensure that their physical, intellectual and emotional needs are met.
